This is part 8, and the story finale of Moonglow Bay.

Well the village is saved, all thanks to me, my boat, and a 60000+ shells investment into the local infrastructure. A literal sea-dragon is now free, Moonglow Bay is a sanctuary, they erected a statue in me deceased partner's honour, and the whole town's doing great.

Now there's nothing left but to go all pokemon on the local fish population and catch em all!
