0After defeating Henry VIII in Dover, which, in my personal opinion, features one of the best songs in the game, we travel to Bologna, where we have a real “the greatest enemy is yourself” sort of deal by fighting Copernicus as Copernicus and losing thanks to his great use of airships.
Though while we may have lost the battle, this defeat is arguably a good thing for us since it shows me just how useful airships can be on the battlefield. Up until that defeat, I more or less viewed airships as a minor irritation that was only useful in appearing as a threat. However, little did I realize that they have excellent synergy with my anvil bull/tnt strategy- much more so than the lion balloons. Sure, the lion balloons are great for slowing the enemy down, but they’re one-use-only items, whereas the airships can keep raining down artillery fire as long as it’s still operational, and considering that they’re airborne and have a very good attack radius, thus allowing them to be placed in out-of-the-way corners, they’ll be pretty much safe for the entire match.
