Pokračování Serious Sam - The Second Encounter přímo navazuje na události prvního dílu. Postřílíme zástupy Mentalovo armády v prostředí Mayských chrámů, v krásných palácích v Persii a nakonec je tu i středověk. Hlavně i přes své stáří (vydána v roce 2002), hra vypadá stále k světu a grafika zestárla tak, že i dnes je to pěkná podívaná.
