In this video:
I enter the second Bowser level, which is NOT Bowser in the Fire Sea. One could say this is where this is where this fan game gets a story of its own, but there were hints towards this in the beginning. Bowser escapes with the Orb of Power, which he plans to use to DESTROY THE WORLD. After using the second key, among the many Toads I encounter are two that date this Flash game with outdated United States politics (the one cheering on Obama, who had been inaugurated as President by the time this game came out, as well as the one that blames George W. Bush for the Global Financial Crisis of 2007-2008).
