Let's Play Super Metroid / Link to the Past Randomizer [06]
5This is the last episode of the first recording session. Once more, we're working on clearing the overworld, and grabbing a few things from Norfair. I thought we grabbed everything from the overworld that we could, but we found the hookshot in Norfair just above Crocomire, and that opened all of the East side of Death Mountain. We also found the Master Sword which unlocked the stone tablets for us.
SMZ3 is a crossover of Super Metroid and Zelda 3 (A Link to the Past). All the item locations have been randomized, and we need to go between these two worlds to reach our goal. Additionally, I'm playing on keysanity which randomizes the treasure chests that have keys in the dungeons in Zelda 3, and also adds keycards and keycard doors in Super Metroid, I'm excited and looking forward to it.
