In this game you play as three different characters Arthur, Sally, and Ollie. In Arthur's story he works as a censor who edits old news articles, but after getting a news article covering his brother Percy and him he chooses to stop taking his joy in order to remember his brother. However when he is discovered by his coworkers to be off his joy Arthur is thrown out as a downer and must find a way a way to find a way to reunite with his brother Percy.
