Unlike Downpour, it seems like Konami actually found someone with a track record to make Book of Memories since WayForward has worked on over 100 games. But it's a shame that neither of them bothered to do the research for this quirky project of theirs.

A Silent Hill game with a flimsy plot, decent combat, no puzzles and putting celebration priority higher for the non-Quadrilogy games gives you a game that more or less just exists on the Vita not helping or hurting it.
