What is randomized: All heart pieces, seashells, rupee chests, trade quest items, songs, upgrades, maps, compasses, owl beaks, small keys, and nightmare keys. Note that bosses and minibosses are shuffled and not randomized. This means no duplicates this time.
Number of Instruments Required to wake the Wind Fish: 5
Other settings: Can't steal from shop, Rooster acts like an item in the overworld.
