Last time, I discovered that if I closed and re-opened the game, it fixes the frame rate issues I was having.
Unfortunately that doesn't fix the jank that's baked into the game via the BALANCING in general.
However, it DOES mean I can deal with that jank while not suffering from an anger stroke... so
