It’s the final week of the regular season of the NFL and the undefeated streak is on the line with the Steelers. Steelers are going to put their 15-0 record on the line against the 9-6 Jacksonville Jaguars today. Jaguars are looking to go to the post-season by taking the AFC South division but have to win today to be able to clinch it as they are up a game in division on the Houston Texans.
Last week the Steelers faced the Houston Texans and won the game in a final score of 35-22. Ben Roethlisberger last week against the Texans was; 15/20, 262 yds, 2 TDs and a Sack. Roethlisberger was clean in the INT department and we hope for the same today as he currently has 24 INTs for the year. Ben will have to watch out for linebacks Telvin Smith, Myles Jack, Paul Posluszny, pass rush from Dante Fowler, Jr.
As for play against the Jags, we are going to have to place pressure on the Blake Bortles in the passing game and cap the running styles of TJ Yeldon and Chris Ivory the Jags 1-2 punch in the running game.
Steelers’ defense needs to continue playing great game in the secondary and play close to Allen Robinson, Julius Thomas and Jags rookie Jevante Eachus.
