HOBBY - Animated typographic video-ooooh! When I was a wee lad my parents decided to get divorced and then my dog died and I fell into a deep depression. So to help myself I bought a book about mental health and in that book it said that in order to keep yourself happy you need to fill your life with hobbies. The example the book used was this... if your only hobby is walking your dog then you're setting yourself up for a fall, because inevitably the dog will die. So that would be bad mental health planning. So get more hobbies was the answer. Motion design is my current hobby and it keeps me sane and enables me to block my worries out. It makes me feel so happy when I learn something new and I enjoy sharing it with you guys and gals too.
