Hey guys!
I decided to record one more soundtrack from a PC game of my childhood!
No need to say more about this masterpiece. If you don´t know this game, don´t worry, there is a definitive edition coming soon! :) Just few words taken from wikipedia:
Mafia is a 2002 action-adventure video game developed by Illusion Softworks and published by Gathering of Developers. The game was released for Microsoft Windows in August 2002, and later ported to the PlayStation 2 and the Xbox consoles in 2004, in North America and Europe. Set within the fictional city of Lost Heaven in the 1930s, the game's storyline follows the rise and fall of mobster Tommy Angelo within the Salieri Mafia family.
I absolutely love the storyline, it´s amazing!
Anyway, I decided to record a main theme in "orchestral way".. So I took a few listenings, tried to catch every detail and then... pushed my Korg Kronos to the limit! Yes, everything you hear, it´s just Kronos. It took me some time to do that but, even it´s not perfect, I am quite satisfied how it sounds, so hopefully you´ll like it! :)
So guys, here it is, Mafia (The City of Lost Heaven) main theme, another legacy from our beloved Czech republic. It looks like the quarantine time is over, so let´s get back to work!
