*Now armed with the knowledge of one of Joseph's minions, Rook makes their way North to head to Turtle Mountain, where they find the minion. Nicknamed "The Devoted" for her "transformation powers", she's been terrorizing the local civilians ever since Joseph put her in charge. She set up shop at Turtle Mountain, allowing her to be away from the public eye. The Devoted leads people on a 3 day transformation ritual along one of the trails of the mountain. Some never come back home, and the ones that do, are never the same. Knowing this will halt Joseph's plans as well as save the local civilians, Rook makes a quick pitstop to her Church, taking her out for good. Rook escapes using a nearby helicopter, making sure nobody knew who did the job. Using intel gained off of The Devoted, Rook learns of a newly constructed Bliss Production Plant a little south of Mount Rainier. Knowing the severity of the Bliss and it's effects, Rook flies all the way to Washington to take that Bliss Plant down.*
