This is a meme build focused on shouting enemies and bosses to death. This does take a while compared to other endgame builds. The War Cry can critical hit even if the UI doesn't show up. Invisible with Improved Effect: Invisible and Barrage with Improved Effect: Barrage, even if my Agility is low, might have yielded more break damage due to how it all interacts with my break damage.
