Released exclusively in Japan, the Memorial Star Series is a series that focused on re-releasing Famicom games from Sunsoft. It had six volumes between 2001 and 2002, with two games included in each volume. (Which brings to a total of 12 games). Besides two re-releases of Famicom games, each volume also comes with a jukebox and a quiz mode to test your knowledge of the featured games.

This volume contains the following games: Ikki and Super Arabian. Both of these games were Famicom conversions of the original arcade games. Super Arabian in particular remained a Japan exclusive for many years until it finally saw an international release via the Sunsoft Collection 1 cart for Evercade.
