I am replaying 'Mother 3' as a natural subsequence of streaming 'EarthBound' last year. This game means a lot to me! On most days since I first finished it, I would pretty confidently say that it's my favourite game of all time. I haven't completed the game since 2008 so I'm interested to see what I still love about it, and with 'EarthBound' still fresh in my mind I'm really excited to see the connections (both literal and spiritual) I may have missed the first time around.
