Inputs:

use a bomb on the bomb block.

unmorph before jumping up to the door(this just keeps your speed)

start booster right after you start the climb up the ledge.

wall jump after boost starts to turn around and keep it.

when you exit the map room press slide right as you land on the lower platform.

you'll enter morph and enter the tunnel. then a little after you enter the tunnel press jump. this will keep your booster into the next room.(if you lose booster you did this too early.)

in the E.M.M.I room press jump to go over the gap. you want enough space when you land to be able to unmorph and climb so try and land near the beginning of the next edge.

then once you land wait a bit and then un morph(if you lose booster than you unmorphed to early)

then press jump, Samus will keep the booster even in the climb animation.
in the next room jump and then wall jump to get onto the platform above.

store a shinespark. quickly grapple up. and do some wall jumps. on the blue material do a same side wall jump.(can only be done on the blue material) this just saves a but of time. and then flash at the top.

if done right you'll have just enough time to shinespark across.

side note. sometimes the E.M.M.I will spawn at the door. inhavent really found a way to get around this. but it doesn't happen that often.

or you could just water bomb jump, but that doesn't have the same style :)
