For the Trolling trophy, you need to "Kill a Captain while riding an Olog". This is difficult to do, as the Olog does no damage at all to anything.
The easiest way to do it though is to find a captain with the "Gang of Ologs" bonus. This bonus gives that captain two Ologs by him at all times. So, you want to go to where he is in that region and get him to very, very low health. Once he is on about 1-5% you want to shoot the Olog in the head with a charged bow shot to stun him. Now quickly press R1/RB to climb on the Olog. Keep walking into the Captain and eventually they will die, thus unlocking the trophy.
