Minecraft+Satisfactory-like, 3D-version of Aground - TheMidcoreGamer Plays Aground Zero - Part 1
Aground Zero is very Minecraft-like in the sense that you'll need to mine for minerals from the blocks of rocks and soil around you, and then turn those minerals into something more useful.
However, it is also very Satisfactory-like due to its emphasis on full automation - this means plenty of well-placed conveyor belts delivering materials to various machines from the storehouses and moving processed goods from the machines into the storehouses... all powered by a (or multiple) power reactor running on coal.
There are even workbenches that you can assign people to work at, people who you saved from their respective cryopods. Of course, with a growing colony of survivors, you'll need to provide shelter for them - though, yes, you are all underground - and all the necessities.
Haven't played the original title before, but it's one of my topmost "to-play titles when I'm free", which, unfortunately, I'm not - having 2 under 2 can be really draining, needless to say, especially if you're the mum.
