So patch 1.03 buffed arcane scaling weapons while not nerfing bleed, this is the result, the spear is honestly a tame weapon compared to the Sam's katana, but the range on the Bloodboon Ritual might definitely use a 20% nerf or something. The moveset itself on the spear is nothing to be excited about, it also takes a while to learn the proper use of the running r2.
It's all in good fun.
Bleed still op, Arcane good, let's go.
