And welcome back to another lore deep dive video!

Now originally, today I actually intended to make the top 5 worst rebooted characters of the new era, but Instead of having it be these small little segments, I though It’d be more fun to take one of those character and do a full blown retrospective, discussing their issues In the current canon, what’s caused them to spiral into abit of downfall, and what could be done to bring them back In a big way.

And to kinda kick things off, I really did wanna talk about a character that’s near and dear to me, Shao, as many of you know Shao Is easily one of my favourite character of the series, he really embodies the values of what I would say Is a true final boss, Shao Is a character that carries a lot of weight and gravitas in his awe, he has a presence that very few In the universe can maintain, as his confidence and arrogance Is matched by his brute force.

Yet with even all of that In mind, over the years a lot of his terror has started to fade, so why has that really been the case, and how has that now affected him In the new era? as much has changed about his origin and character.

Well to get a more well rounded retrospective we must dive far back to that of previous timelines, and see where this all began and how it has spiralled to where we are now, because for a character as villainous and iconic as Shao, he has had a lot of troubles and issues over the last few years.
