Another recent surprise for me after Dex from last week, Motorsport Manager by Playsport Games actually is a really solid racing management game. Become the boss of a racing team, manage finances, sponsor-deals, car upgrades and - of course - your staff to win the championship.
Don't expect a hardcore simulation but definitely a very well-rounded game with a clear interface and tense races.
