I played as Haruhi.

HSI is from the "Cookie☆" series which is internet memes and subcultures born out of a failed Touhou voice drama show named "Marisa and Alice’s Cookie Kiss".

HSI is created by a MUGEN Author named "Barai". I gave her an A.I. patch with detailed A.I. difficulty levels. I raised all of these levels to the highest to make her very violent.

HSI has quick attacks. Some make her mobile. She has a burst ability. She also has a counterattack of some kind. She is invincible to projectile attacks while sprinting (which is actually a reference to a mechanic in the Touhou fighting games and the original games probably). She has projectiles that can spread in different directions at a rapid speed. The projectile attack can be continued into another part of it to maintain continuous fire. She has supers. One is a large projectile attack. One is a heavy strike. One is a cinematic super that is an instantaneous K.O. attack. There is also a super where she tries to give herself some kind of boost effect but it has a chance of failing which instantly K.O.s her.

Pretty amusing character as usual.
