"Last Kyo" is created by the MUGEN Author named "Keyser". He has hellish A.I.. He has the usual KOF gameplay. He has very fast attacks. Some make him mobile on land and air. His power meter slowly increases overtime. He has the ability to teleport to aid in combo attempts and dodging attacks. He can evade. He has a powerful counterattack which can be charged up to strengthen it. He has very cool supers. Some are powerful combo attacks, some are projectile attacks and some are cinematic attacks. Some of the cinematic attacks are instantaneous K.O. attacks. Another super is an ability to give himself an enhancement which restores his health to a decent amount and raises his attack power then it slowly increases his health overtime.
I also wanted to give him a proper big and small portrait since what he had originally had issues.
Last Kyo is a very cool Kyo edit too. I am loving it. In the last weeks, I watched a premiere video that included him (I was actually there to see it live) and I enjoyed it very much. He is also known as the "Three Hit Killer" in the KOF MUGEN Community.
