Regional Boss: Soul Serpent - 25:00

The Soul Serpent is tougher than any of the other bosses we've fought so far, so be ready to use Potions if you aren't very adept at dodging! The Soul Serpent will hide away inside a barrier and float after us while constantly shooting fireballs in every direction. In order to lower the barrier, we must destroy the four flowers in the four corners of the room by either shooting them or blowing them up with Bombs for half their health in damage. During the battle, the Soul Serpent will summon Blue Wisps to assist it, and it will also expand and draw in its external fireball barrier to try and snare us. Once all four flowers are destroyed, you'll be able to see the Soul Serpent's body again and can now fire at it to damage it. After a set amount of time, the barrier will go back up and we must destroy the flowers again to lower it once more. If threatened with low health, it will begin to shoot pink fireballs that will home in on you.
