Spongebob is well-known among Cartoon Fans and around the world. He's had Movies, Books, Toys and more alongside the show. But he's had video games too.
While his console outings are well-known, the PC Side- No, not that PC side! Though these disc games are my childhood too. I'm talking about Downloadable PC Games. These are not as known as you think.
This is Atlantis SquarePantis SquareOff, a tie-in Downloadable PC Game with the TV Special, Atlantis SquarePantis. However, unlike the console games and DS version that share the story of the TV Special, the game goes in a different direction.
The story is that Plankton, The series' Villain, is ALREADY At the lost city of Atlantis and took it over. He's also planted Black Flags all over the seas and Every goon, including Familiar foes from the show, can join his army of bad guys. The TV Special has Plankton coming along hidden away from Spongebob and friends and him finding the Weapon room.
Spongebob and Patrick have to travel across Bikini Bottom, through the Kelp Forest, Across the Ship Graveyard, through Atlantis Park, Up the Atlantis Cliffs, Through the Suburbs and to the Palace to stop! But how?
Mr. Krabs, Spongebob's Boss of his workplace, The Kusty Krab, Gives them a Magical chest with....Cards?! These Cards allow Spongebob to Move, Heal, Protect himself and of course, Attack! Some of these attack moves are throwbacks to older moments or outfits in the series while others summon Spongebob's friends.
