My Eureka Seven Review (Anime)
7Eureka Seven is about a fourteen-year-old kid named Renton Thurston who lived with his Grandpa after his dad sacrificed his life to save the planet. His older sister also disappeared searching for answers about her father. He works for his Grampa working on machines as they are mechanics. However, he searches for adventure and his dream to be on the Gekkostate. Well, some of the members of Gekkostate landed right at his front door looking for a device from Renton's father for the Nirvash, which is a living mech, in order to awaken its true potential. The person riding the Nirvash is Eureka a girl about Renton's age in which Renton fell in love with at first sight. Renton's grandpa wouldn't give the device. However, the military soon attacked because the Gekkostate is a group of criminals who broke away from the government to fight their evil tensions. Eureka was having problems with the Nirvash when in battle so Renton's grandpa gave Renton the device. Renton took his lifting board, which allows him to sky surf because of the power coming from planets called trapers, to go to the Nirvash. He plugs in the device and the Nirvash awakens. After this, he joins the Gekkostate to protect Eureka and the device. Renton learns that Gekkostate wasn't about fun and games because they are fighting the government in which people are getting killed. Renton had a hard time with that, which he leaves. However, he comes back for Eureka. She started to learn that she had feelings for him. She is actually not human because she humanoid version of the Correllians, which are living species on the planet that generates trappers. She was created so that the Correllians could understand humans. However, this means she has a blank mind to learn from humans and therefore doesn't understand feelings. That is why when she first did battle for the government before going with the Gekkostate, her eyes were open when discovered innocent children bleeding after destroy their town and killing their innocent parents. She took the children as her own. Over time she learned about feelings including love for Renton. Her part on not being Human didn't matter to Renton because of his love for her. They do end up together, get married, and officially adopted the children after they and the Gekkostate defeated the government. Now I have watched the series, and I want to review it for my channel. In this video, I talk about the series, and I give my thoughts on it.
