This is a more compact myth testing video going over the basics of the power along with myth's about how it really works. Summarized below is all the text in the video:
Projectile radius is 8 meters (pretty decent size)
The projectile distance from target does not effect how far a character is pushed.
Shooting to left or right of character will push them the opposite direction (character is pushed based on where projectile lands)
Effective radius extends above and below the character
When shooting directly above character and barely in range, character will bunny hop in place but not move horizontally
Weight of character has no effect on push
Shield's will block this ability
Reinhardt shield will not reduce the push distance if it hits
Hitting a target with a rocket right before concussive blast will propel the target further, timing is tough though.
Reinhardt charge can be pushed to the side (can't stop it) just be careful
Genji can reflect the shot if it hits him, but if shot near him he will be pushed even if trying to reflect
Bastion turret can't be pushed
Finally, Pharah's blast functions the same way as Lucio's Soundwave except that it pushes more and does 0 damange and is shot as a projectile.

Thank you for watching and as always, feel free to let me know if I should test something or if you have any questions and i will do my best to assist.

Shoutout to MightyMead on Reddit for suggesting that a well timed rocket would cause the concussive blast to be more effective.
