Highland Scotties are back for a third season here on the channel and this year they are on the road to defend their National Championship title in college football. Today we are in the “Windy City” of Chicago at Soldier Field to play #10 Notre Dame in a huge top 25 match up.

Highland is returning all players from both offense and defense today as Norte Dame will have young upcoming stars on their team. Norte Dame has a QB by the name of Book who hasn’t seen much action on the field but could be a problem for us in the rushing and passing game. Books’ numbers from a year ago were; 18/45, 318 yards and had 4 TDs and one INT. In the rushing he had 22 attempts, 55 yards and 1 TD. Many believe Book could be the answer to the success of Notre Dame.

Heisman trophy winner, Wendell Cason is back on the field today to start his quest to become the second ever, 2-time Heisman winner. Everyone wants to know if he can have the same season he did a year ago. Along with other Scotties teammates like Alex Flanagan, Grady Little and Hunter Cannon who are potential dark horses that could easy win the trophy as well.
