In Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2005, Blacklist 13 is also known as "Victor "Vic" Vasquez ." He is a very skilled driver and owns a Toyota Supra.
To challenge Vic and eventually defeat him, you must first defeat the previous Blacklist racers and earn enough bounty to challenge him. You will also need to win races, earn money, and upgrade your car to improve its performance.
Once you defeat Vic in a race, you will unlock his car and move on to the next Blacklist racer. However, you will also need to outrun the police and evade their pursuits as you progress through the game.
