Need for Speed: Rivals Frozen Glitch/Bug

All the online players were still moving and not frozen --- Just all NPC Cars on my side and myself we're frozen.

Score kept rising indefinitely, sirens and sound all were not frozen. Power ups still activated.

Specs: AMD x4 4.0GHz 8GB RAM, Radeon R9 270X 2GB
