Doing a challenge run of playing through the game on Ultimate from a fresh save (only possible by setting the difficulty to ultimate via save editor). I may end up dropping either No Stat Boosts or Dripless if the bosses prove to be too difficult and tedious.

Those Pufferfish are weak to electric, but unfortunately you need to let them sit for a bit after taking down their HP in order for them to explode and die. Trying to use PC controls is also quite different.
