As of version 4.0 of the cutscene maker, I created a custom program that allows anybody to very easily and efficiently replicate the text scroll from Neptunia. Unlike the program from previous versions, this program is a standalone program that can be run without the need for other programs to be installed and this program removes a lot of the editing work that would normally be required in the video editing process. This tutorial will explain how the program works, why this program is so useful, and show off and fully explain the code so you can modify the program yourself should you wish.
