A 100% Trophies Playthrough of Neptunia x Senran Kagura Ninja Wars. By far the best Neptunia game released in the last 2 years, and it's not even close.

The platinum trophy requires doing very single bit of content in this game, as well as a few minor tasks that you have to go out of your way for (10 free roam dungeons, use skill triggers/special moves with all characters). Bosses/enemies are quite aggressive and can kill you quickly if you get swarmed, so don't hold back with the item/special move usage.

As for a general breakdown, I played through the story and did most of the requests along the way. Bought the best shuriken/kunai that you can buy from the shop, and went to town. After beating the story, do all requests (don't forget to check Ninchat to unlock the other requests), then use all the money accumulated to buy as many healing/buff items as possible. The Yomi Training should be the last thing you take on, and it can be made easier by using the P&C Meditation buff scrolls on your main characters before each stage.

I recommend doing the Trial of Attack and Trial of Life first, as they provide very good Spirit Gems that are worth equipping. The only other Trial to worry about is the Trial of Ninja Art, which disables your most powerful abilities and has you fight the most annoying boss, but it's nothing that items and P&C buffs can't fix.
