These are the best teams assuming you're at late game/end game. I can't speak for its effectiveness for early to mid game players.

King of Athens -
Bring Joan for Light elemental damage reduction.
Vivian's shield increases for each water character so you use water Cain, Airi, and either Aqua/Ariel.
I opted for Aqua instead of Ariel because of her shorter cooldown. After a certain damage threshhold, your team gets 50% buff duration debuff, so Vivian's shield only lasts 7 seconds assuming she has 60% cooldown reduction. Because her cooldown is 14s, you need to stall the other 7s with skills. You can use Ariel instead of Aqua and achieve the same result. Equip your tankiest gear on the front 3 characters.

Kana - Same strategy as King of Athens but replace Joan with Aina for the fire elemental reduction. Equip tankiest gear on Vivian and Cain

Ancient Dragon - Similar water team except you use Lugrant and Ariel for the water elemental reduction. Lugrant, Ariel, and Airi all have long skill animations which are ideal for animation cancelling the boss's breath. Try to balance your teams gear such that everyone has similar HP/DEF since everyone gets hit.
