Neyrelle & The Terrible boring ending of DIABLO 4 | No Diablo in Diablo game?
Are you about to beat Lilith & still enjoying Diablo 4? Well, get ready to laugh & Cry in disappointment.
I have never seen a company take such a beloved franchise & completely drive it into the ground.
The ENTIRE game upon beating Lilith is ALL ABOUT NEYRELLE. It's all melancholy it sets up either the Expansion of Diablo 4 or Diablo 5. It will all be about Neyrelle.
This was one of the most disappointing endings to a triple A game I have played in a very long time. I would understand if Neyrelle was a compelling character that players thought about but most players I dealt with never thought about her after we beat her mom. I mean Lorath was more on my mind or that Witch that helps out the guy that lost his son...but not Neyrelle.
The end game frames Lorath as a tired old man that just wants to retire & the mutilated motherless Neyrelle being ever brave that urges Lorath to keep going...even though it seems to set up that Neyrell learned NOTHING from her mother's experience since she seems to imply she MIGHT make some big mistake in judgement (which she will because this is how these people write, millennial writing)
Also no, there is NO Diablo in this Diablo game, nor is there any focus on him.
Activision Blizzard ruined their game.
