I'm doing more heat level 5 pursuit by completing some races and getting them to chased me. It was ended in brutal failure because i getting rammed by rhino out of nowhere and then i get brutally rammed by the cops when try to get out.

This is the updated relentless cops mod which had changes to aimaneuverprefab startingcriteria in attempt to make the cops more apparent in their aggression tactics and it do quite well. This is the only improvement i can get in terms of aggressiveness.
