0In which we write up our own UN charter(or at least the preamble given the size of it) and then move to take the first steps of enforcing it...building up a navy so we rule the waves. This will ensure that no one can escape our reach should they 'disagree with joining' our World Government.
However, we dont have anyone who knows how to drive boats...also we dont know how to build them so first we need to kidnap..err, I mean 'recruit' shipbuilders from another country.
[Sorry for the artifacts all over the recording, I was moving from one PC to another as I was the recording the first few of these so the first 6 or 7 episodes will have these artifacts on the gameplay.
