Ni No Kuni 2 is a disappointing sequel. In this review of Ni No Kuni 2 for the nintendo switch I talk about what makes this game so disappointing compared to the first. Sure they updated the combat and team AI to not be horrible, but the story, mechanics and overall presentation feel like they all got a huge downgrade in the process. It's truly a baffling sequel to a game and series that had a lot of potential.
