First ever look at Ni No Kuni Revenant Kingdom, very much an isometric semi real time turn based action rpg game, much like Dragon Qyest XI, but more isometric and less up and down (assassin's creed/tomb raideresque) like movement capability. However, the storyline and narratives (the long ones we rpg players complain about but know in truth are what makes us get so involved in the story), are so Final-Fantasy-Esque and draw you in to identify with the player and become engrossed within the world and the story, which is what RPG is all about, regardless of graphics, which is also why FFVII was one of the best, of not the best RPG game ever made, and the recent remake proves that. Ni no Kuni is a game well worth playing, and is for sure one that you play to the end.
