It seems like Nike comes out with at least one boot every year that surprises everyone, or at least introduces something that we've never seen before. With that said, 2020, for various reasons, has been slow. We got the Phantom Vision 2, which was just a very subtle refresh from the original, which would later be replaced by the Phantom GT, which also cancelled out the Phantom Venom. 2 Phantoms for 1, so you'd expect the Phantom GT to be pretty special. Well, it's not.
In today's video we take a closer look at the very good looking "Scorpion" colorway of the Phantom GT Elite, inspired by an 18 Nike commercial, but more importantly, we discuss how the Phantom GT stacks up against all of the amazing new football boots that have also come out in mid to late 2020.
