Ninja Gaiden Master Collection (Ninja Gaiden Sigma) Meme Playthrough Part 1 (Series X)
This a playthrough (mostly blind) of Ninja Gaiden (NG) Sigma. I personally never played the first Ninja Gaiden game when it originally came out. I do have the NG Black that I received from a friend, unfortunately, I only played up to 3 chapters before I decide to stop. Mainly because I'm so used to the faster movement in the later installments, this game felt sluggish in its movement. Luckily when this master collection came out I have a change to play the first with some fresh eyes. However, to understand what Ninja Gaiden is and what version is what the collection is carrying I made a short of summary of each version. These summaries just a insight of the game, and big differences of each version of the game. Hope you enjoy.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma is the recent update version of the classic game, Ninja Gaiden. The first game was release on March 2004 on the Xbox, giving player a taste of its insane difficulty of its time, along with a unique and challenging enemies wave after wave. Ninja Gaiden Black (NGB) that came out on September 2005, is an update to what Ninja Gaiden already set and more. In this version bring new features that give hardcore fans a series of challenges to fight. NG Black also add in new costumes, two difficulties, as well a reshuffle of story item progressions (certain weapons got moved to different chapters, as well ninja scroll that gives you new techniques.
Finally Ninja Gaiden Sigma the final version of the game release. Released on June/July of 2007, Sigma brings added features the NG Black originally had, along with new costumes/ weapons for Ryu, added a new playable character Rachel, as well having her own story chapters, costumes and cosmetics to go along with it. This version also fix some of game's mechanics such as trimming down parts of the game (back tracking parts of the game and some puzzle areas), as well as adding more enemies in certain parts. They also change some of soundtrack in Sigma.
