Suggestions:

Power, Pipes, Extractors should be considered portables and be allowed to place outside your base. They can easily be 1000u's away from your base
Some sort of system to allow you to connect 2 far away points with a cable without having to have the cable in your hand the entire time especially if you accidentally fall out of the build area and lose it. Or at least when you go back into say a build area again it still has the original connection still connected.
Allow you to connect power / pipes to bases that you own or have permissions to.
The Supply Depots are way to small for S Class Extraction and really should be increased to a higher storage. Less punishing for storage and less eating up your build limit.
Save Scanned data into the save so you don't have to scan it over again or at least have some sort of cycled limit / storage of it say the first 100 scans.
Let the Scanner pickup within 10u's instead of around the current 2-5u's that can be quite annoying and jerky at times for scanning the Hot Spots.
Slightly Increase scanner Range I would say 400-500 as it can be quite annoying but this be the lowest of priority features.
Bug Reports:

Mineral Extractors tend to be buggy a massive percent of the time causing this effect https://i.imgur.com/7IG8zOC.png and no there is no way to fix it I talked to a dozen people on the subject it seems the only thing to do is fine another node till you find a working one.
Supply Depots have 2 Display Errors on them. I have a feeling they were at once a battery then converted to a Storage Depot before release. https://i.imgur.com/ovpgZp4.png Remove the Lighting Bolts in the center as there is no power issues or errors. Also remove the Storing kP data. I assume their using percent storage math and piggybacking onto the kP variables on the supply depot and forgot to disable the view of it.. (As there is no power being stored)
[PC] If you remove the RemoveBaseBuildingRestrictions restrictions in the TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML file and set to True then when you try to place down the mineral extractor it turns into a Biomass Extractor? Maybe a Future Update but either way it does not let you build your factory with the freedom I was hoping to do... https://i.imgur.com/C3sISzC.png
I'm far from a perfect human and I'm sure there is many other things that can be suggestion or needs to be tweaked and I hope you can share them.
