Norco 100% Steam Achievement Guide Walkthrough - Part 5
100:00 - Speak with the Garrett on the left now until Pawpaw suggests getting him something to put his mind at ease. This will unlock Lafreniere Park as a new location. Head outside, open the Order Ride app, and go to Lafreniere Park. Head inside of the Bathroom building.
01:24 - Click on the bathroom stall to get some Psychedelics. Then click on the Urinal to unlock the "Pawpaw's Sprinkle" achievement. Leave the area and use the Order Ride app to head Downtown and return to the French Quarter.
02:52 - Speak with Santa here, if you were following this guide and gave him your last dollar earlier in the game he will now give you some Downers. This will unlock the "HO HO HO" achievement.
03:37 - Head back to Promenade Mall and enter via the Loading Bay again. Return to Service Corridor 1C and give the Garrett on the left either of the drugs you have. Record the dialogue starting with "I'll drop a couple of these and nod out..." or "A little something psychedelic will help me...". You may need to delete the password to the door to have enough space.
05:50 - Now continue on to the Atrium - East Wing. You can buy some new phone cases from the Vendor on the left if you like. Speak with the Garrett guarding the door. Play the recordings you have made of the various Garetts until he leaves.
09:54 - With the Garett gone, click on the Keypad next to the door. The correct code is a 7-digit number made up of all the highlighted numbers appearing in all three virtual sculptures from the Apocryphon of Kenner John app. The code should appear under the number pad as before.
10:28 - Head into the Cathedral and speak with Pawpaw about everything. The glowing orb will now join the Party. Head back to the Atrium - East Wing.
16:03 - Return to Service Corridor 1B after the scenes and unlock the Utility Closet using another code. The correct code is a 7-digit number formed from all the numbers that Pawpaw is shouting out. Again the number will be below the number pad.
16:55 - Click on the Cask to reveal that someone is inside. Click on the Scroll at the right of the room. When you get a closeup of the Scroll, click on the glowing sphere in the party menu to make some hidden writing appear. Click on it quickly to read it.
18:42 - Now click on the Painting on the wall and select the "Pray" option. Open the smartphone and use the Kenner John's Apocryphon app on the Painting to make a secret image appear. Click on the image for a secret message, and take a recording of the dialogue option "Ephphatha".
19:55 - Click on the lock on the Cask and use the Voice Memo app to playback the "Ephphatha" dialogue to free the trapped person inside. Exit the Utility Closet and follow the footprints back to the Front Entrance. Exit to the Parking Lot via the Front Gate.
21:39 - Open the Order Ride app, go to the Eagle Wholesale, and enter the Warehouse. Speak with the Superduck Node to unlock the "Act 2" Achievement.
23:16 - During the conversation with LeBlanc you will unlock a Million entry on the mind map. Kay will now be able to access Catherine's Smartphone. When you gain control of Kay, click on the Face Paint Kit on LeBlanc's desk multiple times to unlock the "LeBluggalo" Achievement.
26:38 - Head outside and speak with the Garrett here to unlock the Garrett entry on the mind map. Head to the Floodgate Tavern and open the smartphone. Use the Case Picker app and select the Metairie Angels case. Speak to the bartender Gus and agree to "Hand over the phone" to him. This will unlock the "Metairie Angels" achievement.
29:35 - Head back to Kay's Home and to the Hidden Office in the Attic to unlock another Million mind map entry. Click on the item on the table coming up as ??? which turns out to be a Headdrive. Click on the Signal Jammer and get LeBlanc to "deal with it". Click on the Headdrive unit again. To connect to it, open up the Head Drive Client app on the smartphone.
32:36 - Click on Catherine's file and go through all of the options. When finished, leave the house and head to Dimes via the World Map. Speak with the Garretts outside of Duck's House and prepare for a minigame fight with them. Select LeBlanc as the fighter first, then Kay and it will be over quickly.
36:28 - Head into Duck's house and read the Note on the desk. This will unlock the Garrett and Sunken Head mind map entries. You will also pick up the Coordinate Letter. If you have been following the guide so far you should unlock the "Master of Confusion" achievement for unlocking all of the character nodes.
37:34 - Go into the Library and speak with Duck to unlock the mind map entries Client and Garrett. Click on the Headdrive Unit on the desk, then open the Headdrive Client app on the Smartphone like and select the Clayton Richard file. This will unlock the Lake Pontchartrain location.
41:18 - Leave Duck's house and go to Lake Pontchartrain via the world map. After the car gets stuck in the mud, make your way to the Fishing Camp.
