What happened to our leisure area?! It just... disappeared into thin air, and what was left of it all lacked power... Did a disaster roll through the area, and I didn't notice? Oh well, not a problem! It'll all be redeveloped in no time, and surely, that's exactly what happens. Anyway, since the end of the last episode, we had quite the industrial demand but not enough roads zoned out for industrial. It's time we expand elsewhere to spread the flow of vehicles throughout the city rather than condensing it all into one or two areas. This leads to the creation of the Hand of Industry, a zone that looks like a hand reaching out from the highway. We'll soon add a residential area near to this zone to help reduce the flow of traffic and give it more life with a bit of commercialization.
