Guest happiness is the challenge in this episode, as we try to complete the Miss Elly's Diner scenario. Despite their many complaints, our guests are somewhat happy, but it's just not enough. Their complaints of thirst and hunger continue even after providing for them ample places from which they can eat and drink, and even Miss Elly herself isn't able to put a smile on their faces. Why? "Oh, I saw a can on the ground." Great.
