Nox Plays... Project Highrise: Tokyo Towers (Industrial Conversion) | Ep. 5: Rebuilding (Finale)
With all of the room we made for new apartments in the last episode, surely we must be able to build enough apartments for a sufficient number of guests, right? Well... not exactly. Each 1BR apartment holds a maximum of 2 people, while each 2BR apartment holds a maximum of 3 people. It's far more likely that the 2BR apartments will have just two residents, and the 1BR apartments seem to have a 60/40 split in favour of 2 residents. So, what can be changed? For starters, clearing out the balcony apartments on the top floors will allow more space for bigger apartments, and getting rid of some of the stores will do the same. It's really not the tower I envisioned, but because this is a scenario/challenge, it's acceptable just the way it is. At least the worst is over now.
