Part 26 - Yoshpet and Ponctan
We pick up in the snowy mountains, and head to the enchanted forest known as Yoshpet. We find our new dog friend here ready to lead us, and we have to follow her through the right path, unless we be lost forever. Partway through, we find Issun's home world of Ponctan, a miniature village in a clearing, where we get to use the shrinking mallet again in order to enter. Issun clearly has some issues with returning home, so this time he hangs back while we go in alone. We meet his fellow villagers, and even his grandfather who may have been the sprite of legend that accompanied our own ancestor in battle against Orochi. Once we are done here, we return to Yoshpet, and make it through to the other side, where we find a portal to the past. We will check this out next time.
