OMARI is an OMORI fan project that was recently cancelled by it's development team but as of some days ago there appears to be someone whos confirmed that they are indeed taking the helm on what's been made so far.

For the few that are unfamiliar OMARI was a fan game that would've swapped Sunny and Maris places in the story regarding the stair incident, which would've had large ripple affects on how many other characters. Like Hero playing the same accomplice role as Basil for example.

I've already cited the exact reason that the original developers walked away from the project in my last video regarding OMARI so I won't spend too much time on it in this video, it wasn't over any 1 big reason... just that the scope of the project wasn't really something all of the development team had time to dedicate to.
