Released for the Playstation 1 in 2000. Developed and published by Square. The 3rd entry in the Tactical role-playing series,though this was the 1st game we got in the West. In this series,you take control of giant armored mechs called Wanzers. You move around an isometric map and try to take out enemy units. There are different weapon types that you become more skilled at the more you use. You can also target multiple parts of each Wanzer to destroy,even the cockpit! There are 2 main scenarios to play through with unique levels,with main characters Kazuki Takemura and Ryogo Kusama. Did the tutorial,then the 2nd map where you have full control.
